At our medical practice, we use both conventional and natural approaches. Over time, we’ve learned that it is best to start with the natural — supplements, dietary and lifestyle changes. We are constantly amazed by the body’s ability to return to a state of balance when it is provided with what most doctors would consider minimal, “gentle” support. We’ve also learned the importance of really listening to each woman’s story and providing her with a personalized approach.
